Dr. Yubin Lu is the main architect of AAAOM's curriculum, and he leads the teaching of Chinese medicine theory and Chinese herbal medicine courses. Dr. Yubin Lu received his medical training from the Shandong University of Traditional Chinese Medicine, as well as his Ph.D. and Master's degrees of medicine. He has been an associate professor in the Department of Chinese Medicine at Shandong University of TCM. As a gifted instructor with more than seventy books in print, Dr. Lu is currently conducting research in the area of TCM oncology and TCM gastroenterology. Dr. Lu is a licensed acupuncturist in Minnesota and a diplomate in acupuncture from NCCAOM.
