Advanced Chinese Medicine Neurology with Dr. Wen Jiang

Dr. Wen Jiang will lecture and demonstrate her advanced knowledge of Chinese medicine neurology to DAOM students and acupuncture practitioners. Dr. Wen Jiang is a highly-trained expert in the application of both classical and contemporary needling techniques to neurological and gynecological disorders. She earned a Ph.D. in acupuncture from Tianjin University of TCM, where she studied with Professor Shi Xuemin, a world-recognized master of acupuncture. Dr. Jiang has been an acupuncture instructor for more than fifteen years, and has published many articles relating to her fields of expertise in needling techniques and the application of acupuncture to neurological and gynecological problems. In her class, Dr. Jiang will demonstrate skillful acupuncture approaches to the treatment of Alzheimer’s Disease, Parkinson’s Disease and other neurological disorders.
This offering is a portion of the AAAOM’s lecture for the DAOM program. It will be held the weekend of April 18-19, 2020. Hours: 8:30 am to 5:30 pm, with a 1-hour lunch break.
CEUs: Acupuncturists earn 16 CEUs (NCCAOM-approved). Cost: $350. Only a limited number of seats available to non-DAOM students.
