Dr. Zhongxue Mah, a guest professor in AAAOM’s DAOM program, will lecture and demonstrate his advanced knowledge and skill of Chinese medicine oncology to doctoral candidates and acupuncture practitioners. Dr. Mah has gained a notable reputation in Chinese medicine oncology in the United States over the last twenty-five years.
Practicing in the San Francisco Bay Area, Dr. Mah is recognized as a leading expert in the field of Chinese medicine oncology. Dr. Mah and his team have delivered Chinese medicine services to patients in over one hundred hospitals in California. Dr. Mah completed his graduate work in China, where he received his Ph.D. degree in traditional Chinese medicine from the prestigious Beijing University of Traditional Chinese Medicine. He has a comprehensive understanding of classical Chinese medicine and has trained more than 300 students in his unique approach to classical Chinese herbal formulas. Dr. Mah has shared his expertise as the author of several works, including Second Chance: Chinese Medicine Approaches to Cancer, and a twenty-six volume series, The Grand System of World Traditional Medicine.

Hours: 8:30 am to 5:30 pm, with a 1-hour lunch break.
CEUs: Acupuncturists earn 16 CEUs (NCCAOM-approved).
